Established in 2022, Prairie Roots Cattle Company was born from a vision to provide our community with the highest quality beef possible. At Prairie Roots, we primarily raise and finish Wagyu and Angus cattle, known for their superior marbling and flavor. Our ranching practices blend traditional wisdom with modern innovations:

• Hybrid rotational/intensive grazing: This method improves soil health and maximizes land use efficiency.

• Grain-finished diet: Carefully balanced to enhance flavor and tenderness.

• Multi-species grazing: Increases organic matter in our soil and promotes biodiversity.
